We are hiring for multiple positions with a leading Real Estate Company working on both Commercial and Residential Projects.

1. Field Sales – Property Scout

- Identify and scout potential properties/projects as per company requirements.
- Conduct field visits and collect property/project details.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and relevant contacts.
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain property data and regular follow-ups.

2. Post Sales / Back Office Executive

- Handle documentation and coordination after property booking/sale.
- Coordinate with customers, sales team, and internal departments.
- Maintain customer records, agreements, payment details, and related documents.
- Follow up regarding payments, registration, possession, and other post-sales activities.
- Provide regular updates and resolve customer queries.

3. Telecaller

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain residential and commercial projects to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and share suitable property options.




- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain lead records.

4. Business Development Manager

- Generate new business opportunities for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Handle lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Identify recent markets and business opportunities.

5. Senior Sales Officer

- Handle sales of residential and commercial properties/projects.
- Generate and follow up with leads through various channels.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate with clients and drive the sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve assigned sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
