- Inventory management.
- GRN and stock issue systems.
- Physical/system reconciliation.
- FIFO/FEFO.
- Minimum/par stock.
- Inventory variance.
- Expiry/dead-stock control.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets mandatory.
- Working knowledge of AI for inventory analysis, identifying consumption patterns, exception reporting and documentation.
Key deliverables — first 90 days
Complete:
Item Master → Physical Reconciliation → Minimum Stock → Par Stock → Auto-Indent → Dead Stock → Monthly Inventory Control
Target should be high stock accuracy with materially fewer stock-outs and expiry losses.
Age: Under 35 — mandatory
Experience: 4–8 years in stores/inventory, preferably at least 3 years in hotel, restaurant or F&B; inventory.
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, Hotel Management or related discipline preferred.
CTC: ₹4.5–6 lakh.
