Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing activities, increase online visibility, generate leads, and strengthen the hospital's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
- Manage social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Create and coordinate engaging content, reels, posts, videos, and promotional materials.
- Handle paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Support SEO activities to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the content and creative teams for marketing materials.
- Manage and monitor online reviews and brand presence.
- Generate weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.




- Identify recent digital marketing trends and implement suitable strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to promote hospital services, offers, events, and awareness campaigns.
- Ensure all digital content follows the organization's branding and communication guidelines.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is an advantage.
- Analytical and creative thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Qualification

- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Diploma/Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
- Candidates with relevant healthcare/hospital marketing experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
