Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to connect with prospective customers, explain our services, schedule appointments, and support the sales team. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and connect with leads generated through various channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about skincare products and services.
- Follow up with enquiries and interested prospects to convert leads into customers.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and build positive relationships through friendly and persuasive communication.




- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions while working towards assigned lead conversion targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and persuasive personality
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-oriented with a willingness to learn
- Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory
