Role Overview

As an HR Manager with 2 to 4 years of experience, you will oversee day-to-day HR operations, manage talent acquisition, foster employee engagement, and ensure HR policy compliance. This is a hands-on role perfect for an HR professional looking to step up, own core HR functions, and drive impactful people strategies in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollouts). Design seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve workplace issues, and organize team-building initiatives to maintain a positive culture.
- HR Operations & Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HRIS databases, track attendance/leave, and oversee monthly payroll inputs.
- Performance Management: Coordinate performance review cycles, assist managers with goal setting, and track employee development plans.
- Compliance & Policy:



Ensure company policies align with local labor laws and industry standards; update and enforce internal HR guidelines.
- Offboarding: Conduct exit interviews, process offboarding paperwork, and gather insights to continuously improve the workplace environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in HR (as an HR Coordinator, Generalist, or Assistant Manager ready for the next step).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Key Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of core HR functions (recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance).
- Familiarity with HR software/tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, Greenhouse, or local HRIS/payroll systems).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- High level of empathy, discretion, and problem-solving ability.
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
