- Counsel prospective students on IBIS Academy programs, career pathways, fees, scholarships, and eligibility
- Convert high-intent leads into confirmed admissions through structured follow-ups
- Handle complex student queries, objections, and escalations with professionalism
- Mentor and support Junior Admission Advisors and Call Centre Associates
- Monitor daily call performance, lead status, and follow-up discipline of the assigned team
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates and data hygiene
- Coordinate with Academic Coordinators and Admin team for batch allocation and onboarding
- Support campus walk-ins, counselling sessions, and admission events
- Achieve individual and team admission targets consistently
- Adhere to IBIS counselling ethics, admission policies, and compliance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Degree / Master’s Degree preferred
- Excellent communication and counselling skills in English & Malayalam
- Strong persuasion,
negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Leadership and mentoring capability
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools
- High level of professionalism and result-oriented mindset
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in admissions counselling, education sales, or academic advising
- Proven track record in achieving admission targets
