Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily e-commerce orders, picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch.
- Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and inward stock entries.
- Verify received goods against PO/invoice and check quantity, batch, expiry, and product condition.
- Update inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct stock reconciliation and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely dispatch and deliveries.




- Handle returns, replacements, cancellations, and damaged shipments.
- Prepare invoices, shipping labels, and dispatch documents.
- Maintain proper warehouse organization and stock movement records.
- Prepare basic reports for orders, GRN, inventory, dispatch, and returns.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce/warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of GRN, inventory, inward/outward, and order processing.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- ERP/WMS or e-commerce platform experience is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
