Job Description – Jr. Interior Designer

Position: Jr. Interior Designer
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: B.Arch / B.Sc. in Design / Interior Design or equivalent

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jr. Interior Designer to support our design and project execution team in handling residential and commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in handling residential and commercial interior projects from design to execution.
- Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, furniture layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Assist Senior Designers in developing design concepts and presentations.
- Prepare 3D models and basic interior visualizations as required.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams under the guidance of senior designers.
- Participate in client meetings and site visits.
- Take site measurements and prepare drawings based on site conditions.
- Coordinate with the site team to ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings.
- Assist in selecting materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and other design elements.
- Make revisions to drawings and designs based on client and project requirements.




- Maintain proper project drawings and documentation.
- Support the team in ensuring projects are completed within timelines and quality standards.

Software Skills

Hands-on knowledge of:

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Revit – added advantage
- Adobe Photoshop
- MS Office
- Other design-related software

Required Skills

- Good understanding of interior design and space planning.
- Good knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, and interior detailing.
- Strong creative and visualization skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet project deadlines.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Education

B.Arch / B.Sc. in Design / Interior Design or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in residential and/or commercial interior design.
- Candidates with strong knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp will be preferred.
- Freshers with good design skills and software knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
