JD – ICU Incharge : To manage and supervise the overall nursing operations of the ICU, ensuring high-quality patient care, effective staff utilization, compliance with clinical protocols, infection-control standards, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the unit.

- B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration as applicable.
- 5–8+ years of nursing experience, preferably with significant ICU/critical-care experience.
- ICU/critical-care certification or training will be an advantage.

JD – ICU Team Leader (ICU TL) :



To provide effective shift-level leadership to ICU nursing staff and ensure protected, timely, and protocol-based patient care while coordinating the activities of the nursing team during the assigned shift.

- B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration as applicable.
- 3–5+ years of nursing experience, preferably 2+ years in ICU/critical care.
- Previous Team Leader/shift-in-charge experience preferred.
