We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Panchakarma Therapist to provide Panchakarma and Ayurvedic therapeutic procedures under the supervision and guidance of an Ayurvedic physician. The candidate should have good knowledge of traditional Ayurvedic therapies, proper treatment protocols, hygiene standards, patient care, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Panchakarma therapies and Ayurvedic procedures as prescribed by the Ayurvedic physician.
- Prepare the therapy room, medicines, oils, herbal preparations, equipment, and other required materials before treatment.
- Perform therapies such as:
- Abhyanga
- Shirodhara
- Swedana
- Pizhichil
- Basti
- Kati Basti
- Janu Basti
- Greeva Basti
- Nasya assistance
- Patra Pinda Sweda
- Shashtika Shali Pinda Sweda
- Udwartana
- Other Panchakarma procedures as per physician's prescription.
- Follow the prescribed duration, method, quantity, temperature, and procedure for each therapy.
- Maintain proper patient positioning, comfort, privacy, dignity, and safety throughout the treatment.
- Observe the patient's condition during therapy and immediately report any discomfort, adverse reaction, or abnormal symptoms to the physician.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the therapy rooms, equipment, linen, and treatment area.
- Follow infection-control and biomedical waste-management protocols.
- Maintain proper records of therapies performed, materials used, and patient-related observations.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of Ayurvedic oils, medicines, and therapy materials.
- Coordinate with Ayurvedic doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff for smooth patient care.




- Educate patients regarding basic pre- and post-therapy instructions as directed by the physician.
- Ensure respectful and qualified communication with patients and attendants.
- Follow hospital policies, SOPs, safety protocols, and professional standards.

Qualification

- Certificate/Diploma in Panchakarma Therapy / Ayurvedic Therapy from a recognized institute.
- Candidates with relevant experience in an Ayurvedic hospital, Panchakarma centre, or wellness centre will be preferred.
- Freshers with appropriate Panchakarma training may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Good practical knowledge of Panchakarma procedures.
- Good patient-handling and communication skills.
- Knowledge of hygiene and infection-control practices.
- Ability to work under the supervision of an Ayurvedic physician.
- Physically fit and able to perform therapy procedures for extended periods.
- Polite, disciplined, responsible, and patient-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Experience

Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in Panchakarma therapy.

Freshers: Candidates with proper certification and practical training may be considered.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
