Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer sites to understand their manufacturing process, application and technical requirements.
- Interact with customers to understand the problem statement, process requirements and expected solution.
- Study existing machines, processes and automation requirements at customer locations.
- Collect complete technical information required for solution development.
- Understand key parameters such as:
- Machine/process details
- Production requirements
- Cycle time
- Product specifications
- Material handling requirements
- Automation requirements
- Existing equipment
- Space/layout constraints
- Safety requirements
- Customer expectations and timelines
- Identify technical challenges and application requirements.
- Prepare a structured Application Brief / Technical Requirement Document after customer visits.
- Ensure that all relevant technical information is captured before proposal development.
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Automation and Sales teams for solution development.
- Provide technical inputs required for preparation of quotations and proposals.
- Participate in technical discussions with customers along with the sales team.
- Explain proposed technical solutions to customers wherever required.
- Respond to customer technical queries and coordinate internally for appropriate solutions.
- Support the sales team during customer meetings, presentations and negotiations.
- Maintain records of customer visits, application studies, technical discussions and follow-up actions.
- Track technical requirements and ensure timely closure of pending inputs.
- Support the sales team from initial technical enquiry through proposal and order closure.




- Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with the customer's actual application and requirements.

Candidate Profile

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation or related engineering field.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in:
- Industrial Automation
- Special Purpose Machines
- Industrial Machinery
- Machine Building
- Automation Solutions
- Robotics / Robotic Applications
- Engineering Solutions
- Solid understanding of industrial applications and machinery.
- Experience in customer-site visits and technical discussions.
- Ability to understand customer processes and convert requirements into technical inputs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with Sales, Design and Engineering teams.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
