Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces such as Myntra, Flipkart, AJIO, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings, catalogues, and product information across marketplaces.
- Upload and update product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, MRP, sizes, colours, and other attributes.
- Monitor product listings, stock availability, pricing, and product visibility.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams regarding cataloguing, brand onboarding, warehouse, and operational issues.
- Manage marketplace tickets and follow up for timely resolution.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, and dispatch-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly e-commerce reports.
- Analyse sales, stock, returns, and product performance data.
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, cataloguing, and accounts teams.
- Ensure products are live and available with accurate inventory across marketplaces.
- Track promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace offers.
- Identify listing errors and ensure timely corrections.
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets data and prepare MIS reports.

Required Skills





- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage large product/SKU data.
- Basic understanding of sales, inventory, returns, and marketplace metrics.
- Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of Myntra, Flipkart, AJIO, Amazon, or similar marketplaces will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or online retail.
- Experience in fashion/apparel e-commerce will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working extensively with Excel and product data.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
