Role Overview

We are looking for a practical and hands-on IT & Hardware Support Executive to support our day-to-day IT, hardware, electronics and basic electrical requirements.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fixing things, setting up equipment, troubleshooting problems and coordinating with local vendors to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, routers, projectors, TVs and other IT equipment.
- Perform basic hardware repairs, replacements, upgrades, cabling and equipment installation.
- Troubleshoot common internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, operating system and peripheral issues.
- Handle minor electronic and electrical issues such as cables, connectors, adapters, switches, power supplies and loose connections.
- Set up projectors, displays, audio/video equipment and computers for meetings, demonstrations and project deployments.
- Visit local computer, electronics and hardware markets/vendors to purchase or arrange required components and equipment.




- Coordinate with external vendors and technicians for repairs and specialised work.
- Assist in hardware preparation, packing, testing, installation and deployment for projects.
- Maintain basic records of IT equipment, accessories, tools and hardware.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Computer Hardware, Electronics, Electrical, IT or a related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, electronics and electrical systems.
- Comfortable using tools and physically setting up equipment.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable travelling locally to vendors and project/client locations whenever required.
- Should be proactive, dependable and willing to handle different types of hands-on work.
- Freshers with good practical knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
