About the Role

SP IT Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Full Stack Development Trainer who is passionate about teaching and mentoring aspiring developers. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in both Front-End and Back-End development, be familiar with modern AI tools used in software development, and have prior teaching or training experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions on Full Stack Development.
- Train students on Front-End technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js, etc.
- Train students on Back-End technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Python, PHP, Java, databases, APIs, etc.
- Guide students in developing real-world projects and industry-relevant applications.
- Integrate and demonstrate the use of AI tools for coding, debugging, content generation, and productivity enhancement.
- Conduct online and offline demo sessions for prospective students.
- Visit colleges and educational institutions for workshops, seminars, demonstrations, and student engagement activities.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and project documentation.
- Monitor student progress and provide mentoring and career guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Full Stack Development and AI-powered development tools.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js or similar frameworks).
- Strong knowledge of Back-End Development (Node.js, Express.js, Python, PHP, Java, REST APIs, etc.).
- Good understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, deployment processes, and cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for students.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of teaching, training, or industry experience in Full Stack Development.
- Comfortable conducting both online and offline training sessions.
- Willingness to visit colleges and conduct demonstrations, workshops, and awareness sessions.
