About the Role

We are looking for a Costing & MIS Executive to handle product costing, cost analysis, profitability reporting and MIS for our manufacturing business.

The ideal candidate should have positive numerical and analytical skills, strong Excel knowledge and an interest in understanding manufacturing processes, costs and margins.

Freshers with a relevant degree and a genuine interest in Costing are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain product-wise / SKU-wise cost sheets.
- Calculate product costs including raw materials, labour and manufacturing overheads.
- Analyse standard vs. actual costs and identify variances.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage and production costs.
- Assist with product-wise and order-wise profitability analysis.
- Analyse the impact of raw material price changes on product costs and margins.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales and Accounts for accurate costing information.
- Maintain and update BOMs, production norms and costing data.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and management dashboards using Excel.




- Provide costing inputs for quotations and pricing decisions.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for cost reduction and wastage control.
- Assist with inventory, WIP and finished goods costing.

Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / BMS / M.Com or relevant qualification.
- Strong understanding of Accounting and Costing concepts.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Manufacturing costing experience is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of Tally / ERP, BOMs and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
- CMA / Cost Accounting qualification or part qualification will be an advantage.
