An NPD Executive in a auto component company coordinates the creation and launch of new automotive parts from initial customer drawing to mass production.

Job Description:

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and R&D; to identify opportunities for new product development based on consumer insights and market trends.

- Assist in concept creation, feasibility assessments, and development of business cases.

- Manage product development timelines and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders.

- Support prototype creation, lab trials, and product testing in collaboration with R&D; and quality assurance teams.

- Create and maintain BOMs (Bills of Materials) and Material Master Data.

- Manage product lifecycle data, approvals, and change requests.

- Track project costs and inventory impacts.





- Ensure packaging and labelling compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

- Participate in new product launch planning and conduct post-launch performance evaluations.

- Maintain transparent and organized documentation for all NPD projects using both internal systems and SAP.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
