- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable eyewear solutions.
- Provide a professional and personalized customer experience.
- Address customer queries and assist in resolving concerns appropriately.

- Drive sales and achieve assigned individual and store targets.

Store Operations

- Ensure adherence to Lenskart's retail processes and SOPs.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, product display, and cleanliness.
- Ensure products and merchandise are handled and displayed appropriately.
- Support the Store Manager in smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned operational activities.

Team Contribution





- Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Support and guide fellow associates when required.
- Demonstrate a positive and skilled approach on the store floor.
- Contribute to maintaining a high-performance and customer-focused store environment.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products and solutions.
- Support the team in achieving store-level business objectives.
- Contribute to improving customer conversions and overall store performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
