Job Description – Education Counsellor (UG/PG Courses)

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding UG/PG courses, career opportunities, admission procedures, and
eligibility criteria.
Handle inbound and outbound calls for student enquiries.
Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
Explain course details, fee structures, scholarship options, and payment plans to students
and parents.
Build strong relationships with students and provide end-to-end admission support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic team for smooth onboarding.
Conduct counselling sessions through calls, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions.
Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and admission drives when required.
Required Skills
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good knowledge of UG/PG courses and admission processes.
Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Eligibility Criteria
12 th Pass & Graduation in any stream.
Experience in Education Counselling / Academic Sales / Admission Counselling preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
