JOB PROFILE:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IoT Engineer to join our engineering team. The candidate will be
responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions for
Power Systems, Renewable Energy, SCADA, Telemetry, Meteorological Monitoring, and Energy
Management applications. The role involves working with field devices, communication networks, cloud
platforms, edge computing systems, and industrial protocols to enable reliable real-time monitoring and
analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IoT/IIoT solutions for power and renewable energy applications.
- Design, build and deploy scalable, multi-tenant IoT Platforms and Real Time Telemetry Systems.
- Develop and maintain communication interfaces using protocols relevant to Industry Standards.
- Design, develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS that interact with IoT
devices and cloud services.
- Develop dashboards, APIs, and data acquisition systems for remote monitoring and analytics.
- Work with databases, cloud platforms, and server environments for IoT data management.
- Coordinate with software, hardware, and project teams for deployment and commissioning
activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, reports, and customer
submissions.
- Perform factory testing, field commissioning, troubleshooting, and remote diagnostics.
- Ensure cybersecurity, data integrity, and reliable communication architecture for IoT systems.
- Support customer approvals for system architecture, communication design, and technical
documentation.
Required Skills & Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Industrial IoT and automation systems.
- Proven ability to design, build, and deploy multi-tenant IOT platforms and real time Telemetry
Systems.
- Experience in backend API Development, cloud deployment strategies, and building scalable
backend systems.
- Experience in UI/UX dashboard design and development of complex industrial IoT monitoring
applications.
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows server environments and networking concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure,
or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Node.js and JavaScript, with Express REST APIs in production
- Understanding databases such as MongoDB and Mongoose, including schema design, queries,
and indexes.
- React — hooks, routing, state management, and a component library such as MUI
- Deep understanding of MQTT – Mosquitto, MQTT 5, QoS levels, retained messages or similar
pus/sub messaging.
- Ability to develop cross platform mobile applications using Flutter, React Native, Native Android,
Kotlin, Native iOS.
- Ability to troubleshoot field communication and hardware integration issues.
- Working fluency with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or similar), including
reviewing their output critically and owning every line that ships.
- Drive an agent through real work — multi-file changes, refactors, debugging against live
hardware — not just autocomplete.
- Write and maintain the context that agents run on: project specs, plans, open-item registers,
CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md files, and reusable skills
- Set up guardrails — hooks, gated workflows, permission settings — so an agent's output stays
reviewable and safe
- Prior experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or similar is expected.
Preferred Skills & Technical Knowledge:
- Bluetooth Low Energy – GATT services, characteristics, MTU, notifications, connection lifecycle.
- Python for tooling, test harnesses, and device simulators.
- Knowledge of industrial protocols and hardware such as Modbus RTU, RS-485, XBee, IEDs,
Energy Meters, Sensors.
- SCADA, Energy or utility domain experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or related
Engineering field.
- Minimum Experience 6 years
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Positive communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
