About the Role

Zorba Estates is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support our online marketing and content activities. The role is suitable for candidates who want practical experience in social media, content development, digital campaigns, and brand communication within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and publishing content across social media platforms.
- Support the creation of property-focused posts and marketing materials.
- Write basic captions, descriptions, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the team to collect property information and marketing requirements.
- Assist with Instagram and Facebook content management.
- Monitor comments, messages, and basic audience engagement.
- Support promotional campaigns and online marketing activities.
- Research real estate trends, competitors, and relevant digital content.
- Track social media activities and maintain simple performance reports.
- Assist the team with marketing calendars and campaign coordination.
- Suggest current content ideas to improve online engagement.
- Support other digital marketing activities assigned by the team.

Education

- Any Degree

- Students or graduates interested in digital marketing can apply.

Candidate Requirements

- Good written and verbal communication.




- Interest in social media and digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Creative approach to content.

Stipend & Incentives

- Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000.
- Performance Incentives: Additional incentives will be provided over and above the monthly stipend.
- Incentive eligibility will depend on assigned targets and individual performance.
- Eligible incentives will be calculated for the applicable performance period and paid along with the respective monthly payout, as per company policy.

Full-Time Opportunity

Candidates who demonstrate good performance and successfully complete the internship may be considered for a full-time opportunity with Zorba Estates, subject to business requirements.
