Key Responsibilities

- Scriptwriting & Content Writing: Write creative, engaging scripts for short-form videos YouTube content, ad campaigns, and social media captions.
- Video Presentation: Act as an on-camera talent/presenter for brand videos, educational clips, social media trends, and client campaigns with an energetic, natural delivery.
- Social Media Publishing: Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and publish content natively across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook,
- Trend Tracking & Ideation: Stay ahead of digital trends, audio formats, and meme culture to pitch creative video concepts that drive audience engagement and reach.
- Community Engagement: Monitor comments, interact with audiences, and foster community growth across managed social channels.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze basic social metrics and engagement insights to understand what content performs best and optimize future output.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or on-camera video hosting.




- On-Camera Presence: Confident, charismatic, and natural public speaking/presentation skills on video (please include a video reel or portfolio link).
- Writing & Communication: Impeccable copywriting skills with a deep understanding of hooks, brand voices, and platform-specific social phrasing.
- Digital Savvy: Hands-on familiarity with social media algorithms, content publishing tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite), and basic video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Premiere).
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly switch tones between different client industries, juggle multiple brand requirements, and meet rapid content deadlines.
