Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer responses.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a qualified and positive attitude while communicating with customers.

Requirements





- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Punjabi communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer questions professionally.
- Freshers can apply; previous telecalling/customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
