Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all orders are dispatched on time as per the committed schedule.
- Verify the exact quantity, size and specifications before dispatch.
- Check payment terms and outstanding status before placing trucks.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement.
- Ensure the Billing Executive prepares invoices on time.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Stores and Billing for smooth dispatch.
- Maintain proper dispatch and vehicle records.
- Ensure all required dispatch documents are complete and accurate.
Experience - 2-3 Years
Required Skills
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of dispatch/logistics operations
- Ability to work under deadlines
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
