Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce QA Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce testing, test automation, integration testing, and QA leadership.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agentforce, along with strong automation exposure using Playwright, TOSCA, and CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end testing for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
- Create test strategies, test plans, scenarios, cases, and test reports.
- Manage SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, System, and E2E testing.
- Review requirements and technical specifications for test coverage and risks.
- Perform defect tracking, triage, reporting, and lifecycle management.
- Lead and mentor Salesforce QA/testing teams.
- Coordinate with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and PMs.
- Support production validation, releases, and deployment activities.




- Drive automation and improve overall testing efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

- 7+ years of Salesforce Testing experience
- Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Agentforce testing
- Functional, Automation, Integration, Regression, System & UAT Testing
- Playwright and TOSCA
- API Testing using Postman
- JIRA / Azure DevOps / ALM
- Salesforce Objects, Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards
- CI/CD exposure
- Solid defect management and QA leadership experience

Certifications – Must Have

✅ Salesforce Administrator Certification
✅ Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification
✅ Salesforce Service Cloud Certification

Preferred Candidate

A strong Salesforce QA/Test Lead who can independently own the complete testing lifecycle, lead QA teams, drive automation, and work closely with business and technical stakeholders across enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
