We need a hands-on performance marketer.

The biggest immediate responsibility will be generating and improving franchise leads through Meta and Google Ads, alongside consumer campaigns.

Responsibilities

* Run Meta Ads

* Run Google Search and Display campaigns

* Build franchise lead-generation funnels

* Set up retargeting campaigns

* Improve creatives and landing-page conversion

* Monitor CPL, CAC, CTR and conversions

* Manage pixels, tracking and analytics

* Conduct keyword and audience research

* Run outlet-level promotional campaigns

* Create weekly performance dashboards

* Coordinate with creative and sales teams

We want someone who

* Has personally operated ad accounts

* Can show previous campaign results

* Understands lead generation

* Understands Meta Business Manager and Google Ads

* Is analytical and numbers-driven

* Can optimise campaigns independently

Agency coordinators without hands-on ad experience are not suitable.
