About the Role

Global Gem Xchange is a growing B2B gemstone trade platform being built to connect global buyers with a curated network of selected and verified suppliers, brokers, and industry participants.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Market Research & Data Validation Executive to help us build and maintain accurate, structured, and reliable business datasets.

This role goes beyond simply collecting information - the focus is on researching, cross-checking, validating, and organizing data that is actually useful.

What You'll Work On

- Research gemstone, jewellery, and related B2B businesses across different markets
- Identify suppliers, manufacturers, traders, exporters, buyers, brokers, and key decision-makers
- Collect business information from websites, directories, trade associations, exhibitions, and other online sources
- Cross-check and validate information across multiple sources
- Clean, structure, categorize, and maintain datasets in Excel/Google Sheets
- Identify duplicate, incomplete, incorrect, or outdated records
- Track missing information and improve existing records




- Discover new and reliable sources for business research
- Maintain data quality, consistency, and basic reporting

What We're Looking For

- Strong internet research skills
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to verify information rather than simply collect it
- Good analytical and logical thinking
- Comfortable working with large datasets
- Good written English
- Ability to work independently and follow defined processes

Valuable to have: Experience with B2B research, LinkedIn, business directories, CRM systems, or the gemstone/jewellery industry.

Freshers Are Welcome

Previous industry experience is not mandatory. Freshers with strong research, analytical, and Excel skills are encouraged to apply.
