Designation: Senior Associate

Position description:

The job role is in the Private Markets division at Acuity, one of the fastest growing segments within the firm. This opportunity is ideal for a private equity /investment banking / strategy consulting professional who is interested in working with leading global private equity funds and corporations

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the Platform Manager for DealCloud, overseeing system functionality, user access, and platform enhancements.
- Support deal pipeline management by reviewing transaction documents and investment committee materials to ensure accurate data capture.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs.




- Enforce data quality standards and governance policies across teams and ensure consistent data updates.
- Provide training and support to DealCloud users, monitor platform usage, and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain documentation for workflows, processes, and platform configurations.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Willing to travel to onsite location (Middle East).

Key Competencies

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in CRM management, deal operations, or investment support roles.
- Hands-on experience with DealCloud or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in private equity, investment banking, or asset management preferred.
- Knowledge of AI capabilities and practical business applications is a plus.

Professional attitude with a willingness to continuously develop technical knowledge in fund accounting, financial reporting, and investment operations.
