Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and sales meetings.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Follow up with prospects and customers to close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
