This role requires coordinating multiple teams, establishing effective migration strategies and controls, and proactively managing potential risks. The position demands continuous communication and collaboration to ensure a seamless and dependable transition of data, while monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the migration process.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement best practices for data migration processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure milestones are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support skilled growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with data integration and transformation techniques within large-scale data environments.
- Strong understanding of data governance, quality assurance, and validation methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement migration frameworks that ensure data integrity and security.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing data workflows and resolving migration challenges.

Additional Information:
