Job Title: Sales Assistant

We are a fast-growing coaching and consulting company helping Makeup Artists build profitable businesses, attract premium clients, and scale their income through proven systems, sales training, and marketing strategies.

We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales Telecaller who can connect with leads, understand their needs, and book qualified appointments or close enrollments into our coaching programs. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Role & Responsibilities Lead Calling & Follow-up

- Call warm leads generated through webinars, social media, ads, and referrals.
- Follow up with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Build rapport and understand prospects' business challenges and goals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until a decision is made.

Sales Conversion

- Present coaching programs confidently.
- Handle objections professionally.
- Guide prospects through the enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

CRM & Reporting

- Update lead status in CRM/sheets daily.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.
- Submit daily sales activity reports.

Requirements





- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, counseling, or customer support preferred.
- Confident speaking on phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to build trust and influence prospects.
