- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support payroll, attendance tracking, and compliance-related activities.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and assist in grievance handling.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments to support manpower planning and training requirements.
Additional Candidate Preferences:
- Completed Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
- Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of HR software is a plus.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of HR experience are welcome to apply
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
