Job Description:

Build & Nurture Client Relationships
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Understand client goals, expectations, and evolving requirements
Build long-term relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and value Grow Accounts Strategically
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across services
Present thoughtful ideas and proposals that genuinely add value
Bring fresh, creative thinking to client conversations Coordinate Seamless Execution Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely,



high-quality delivery Translate client requirements into transparent, actionable briefs
Proactively unblock issues and support teams to keep work moving Own Communication & Follow-ups
Keep clients informed, aligned, and confident throughout projects
Manage feedback, changes, and escalations with maturity and professionalism
Step in when needed to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
