LegalStanley is looking for an HR & Talent Management Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in identifying talent, managing employee workflows and improving organisational efficiency.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- MBA – HR / Human Resources

- Preferably 2 years of HR experience

- Kochi

- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify, source & analyse the right talent for LegalStanley

- Screen candidates and coordinate recruitment & onboarding

- Assess employee skills, capabilities & performance

- Support manpower planning and effective employee deployment

- Manage work allocation & task assignments through our in-house software

- Monitor deadlines, pending tasks & employee workload

- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion of assignments





- Identify performance gaps and workflow bottlenecks

- Maintain HR records, reports & performance trackers

- Support employee engagement, training & development initiatives

- Contribute to building a productive, qualified & high-performance culture

The Ideal Candidate is someone with strong people skills + analytical thinking + coordination ability, who can understand the right person for the right role and ensure that work gets assigned, tracked and completed effectively.

Experience with HRMS / ERP / Task Management Software will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
