About the Role

Mathura Infrabuy is looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to support the sales and business development of construction materials such as fly ash bricks, TMT steel, cement, AAC blocks, sand, aggregates and other building materials.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in B2B sales, construction materials, business development and field marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, telecalling, WhatsApp, referrals and online channels.
- Identify and connect with builders, contractors, civil engineers, architects, developers and construction companies.
- Promote and sell construction materials to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Visit construction sites and meet potential customers when required.
- Track leads, enquiries,



orders and sales activities.
- Support marketing activities to increase brand awareness and generate enquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, availability and delivery requirements.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- Any UG/PG degree or diploma.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / WhatsApp Business is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer and site visits.
- Interest in sales, marketing and the construction industry.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
