Job summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Process Associate to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling US customers, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong sales and customer service abilities. This role requires working in the US Night Shift.

Required Skills & Eligibility

3-7 years of experience in a US International Voice Process, preferably with Sales.

· Hands-on Experience in International Voice Process

· Excellent Communication

· Prior experience in team handling on papers.

· Prior experience in US voice process & international sales

· Drive the team, manage, and deliver business demand.

· Flexible to work the night shift

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible For: Achieving individual and team targets.




- Supervision Given: Will have to groom and manage a team of associates.
- Supervision Required: Shall report to the Process Manager.
- Age Criteria: Below 35 years.
- Strong sales aptitude and customer handling skills.
- Hands-on Experience in product sales as Team Lead
