Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, Tata CLiQ Luxury, etc.
- Upload and update product catalogs, including images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates to avoid stock discrepancies.
- Track daily marketplace orders and support order processing and fulfillment.
- Assist in managing product visibility, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product launches and catalog updates.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports using Excel.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics, customer ratings, and reviews.
- Report listing errors, pricing issues, and operational concerns to the Marketplace Executive.
- Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities to improve marketplace performance.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces.




- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

- Graduate or pursuing graduation in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of internship/experience are welcome to apply.
- Prior exposure to e-commerce or marketplace operations will be an added advantage.

- Eager to learn and build a career in D2C, e-commerce, or marketplace management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
