Experience : 8-12 years of experience in Strategic Procurement, Sourcing, Vendor Development, and Supply Chain Management within Manufacturing, HVAC, Heat Exchanger, or Engineering industries

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering . MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage

Preferred Certifications : CSCP, CPSM, APICS, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent Procurement/Supply Chain certifications.

Role Summary

Responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing and vendor development initiatives to build a resilient, cost-effective, and sustainable supply chain aligned with the Company's long-term objectives. The role requires monitoring global economic conditions, commodity markets (Copper, Aluminium, etc.), foreign exchange, fiscal and trade policies, environmental regulations, and geopolitical developments to proactively manage procurement risks, supplier performance, and business continuity.
