Job Description

We are looking for an AI/ML & Robotics Engineer with 2+ years of experience to develop intelligent robotic systems involving Vision-Language-Action (VLA), humanoid robots, and robotic arms.

The candidate will work on multimodal AI models that enable robots to understand instructions, perceive their workplace, make decisions, and perform physical actions. The role involves AI model development, robot integration, manipulation, training, and deployment.

Responsibilities

· Develop and integrate VLA and multimodal AI models for robots.

· Work with humanoid robots and robotic arms for manipulation and task execution.

· Develop AI pipelines using PyTorch, Transformers, LLMs/VLMs, and reinforcement learning.

· Implement imitation learning, behavior cloning, and diffusion-based policies.

· Integrate vision, language, robot control, and perception systems.

· Develop and test robotic arm manipulation tasks such as pick-and-place, grasping, and object handling.

· Optimize AI models for edge robotics hardware.

· Work with ROS/ROS2, simulation environments, and real robots.

· Collaborate with perception, controls,



mechanical, and robotics teams.

· Support data collection, training, testing, and continuous improvement of robotic systems.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in AI, Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related field.

· 2+ years of experience in AI/ML and robotics.

· Strong experience with Python and PyTorch.

· Knowledge of LLMs, VLMs, Transformers, Reinforcement Learning, and Imitation Learning.

· Good understanding of robotics, robotic arms, manipulation, and autonomous systems.

· Experience with ROS/ROS2 is preferred.

· Hands-on experience with real robots is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

· OpenVLA, RT-2, ACT, Diffusion Policy, LeRobot, Open X-Embodiment.

· Experience with humanoid robots and robotic arms.

· Experience with Isaac Sim/Isaac Lab or other robotics simulation platforms.

· GPU-based model training and deployment.
