Job Summary

Enfycon Inc. is looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Vizag. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in US IT Staffing and Technical Recruitment, with the ability to source, screen, and close candidates for US-based IT requirements.

This is strictly a US IT Recruitment role. Bench Sales profiles are not applicable.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract and full-time positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable IT candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical skills, experience,



communication, availability, and compensation.
- Work on different employment types including W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time hiring.
- Coordinate with Account Managers / Hiring Managers regarding requirements and candidate submissions.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up regularly with candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the recruitment process through offer and joining.
- Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and turnaround times.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US IT Staffing.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT recruitment process.

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
