Key Responsibilities

- Seller Support
- Handle seller queries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to seller issues.
- Guide sellers on company policies, processes, and platform features.
- Order & Account Support
- Assist sellers with order-related issues, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Resolve account, login, catalog, and product-listing issues.
- Support sellers with payment and settlement-related queries.
- Issue Resolution
- Identify the root cause of seller complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal departments.
- Follow up on escalated cases until closure.
- Seller Onboarding
- Assist new sellers with registration and onboarding processes.
- Explain platform procedures, documentation requirements, and seller guidelines.
- Help sellers successfully start selling on the platform.
- Coordination




- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Product, and Technical teams.
- Ensure seller issues are resolved within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Performance & Reporting
- Maintain records of seller complaints, queries, and resolutions.
- Track key metrics such as TAT, resolution rate, CSAT, and seller satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports when required.
- Seller Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with sellers.
- Proactively identify recurring seller problems and suggest improvements.
- Ensure a professional and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹25,286.00 - ₹35,258.28 per month
