Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced State Head to manage and monitor Skill Development and Social Development projects across Odisha.

The role involves overseeing district operations, managing implementation teams, coordinating with government departments and stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage state and district-level project operations.
- Lead and monitor project teams, coordinators, and centre managers.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, project guidelines, and government requirements.
- Coordinate with government departments, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, centre performance, MIS, and reporting.




- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely achievement of targets.
- Travel across Odisha as required.

Required Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in the Skill Development or Social Development sector.
- Experience in project, team, or district-level operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of government projects and the Odisha ecosystem.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MIS, and reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
