- Position Title: Site Helpers / General Labour
- Hiring Model: Contractual / Partnering with Licensed Manpower Contractors
- Location: Hyderabad (Various Project Sites)

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable, licensed manpower supply contractors to deploy dedicated site helpers and general labor teams for active glass, window, railing, and architectural façade installation projects in Hyderabad. The assigned workforce will provide essential site-level assistance, manual handling, structural support, and operational logistics under the direct oversight of our Site Engineers and Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

- Material Logistics & Handling: Safely load, unload, shift, and stage heavy construction materials—including structural glass panels, aluminium extrusions, brackets, framing, and hardware supplies—from delivery vehicles to designated installation zones on-site.
- Installation Support: Assist ITI fitters and site engineers by holding, aligning, and positioning components during installation, drilling, anchoring, and glazing activities.
- Equipment & Tool Setup: Help transport, assemble, set up, and dismantle temporary site access structures, including scaffolding towers, mobile platforms, and safety barriers.
- Site Hygiene & Housekeeping: Maintain clean, protected, and hazard-free work environments by regularly collecting scrap, sweeping debris,



sorting reusable fittings, and organizing site storage areas.
- EHS & Safety Compliance: Strictly follow on-site Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines, wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times, and safely assist during high-elevation operations.

Contractor & Workforce Requirements

- Contractor Authorization: Must be a registered, licensed manpower agency/contractor compliant with local labor laws and statutory requirements in Telangana.
- Workforce Capabilities: Laborers must possess physical fitness for heavy lifting, manual labor, and working at construction site elevations safely.
- Experience: Prior labor experience in building construction, façade/glazing projects, structural steel, or interior fit-outs is highly preferred.
- Availability: Capability to deploy site labor immediately on request to match project timelines and daily site operational targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
