Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and last drawn salary

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform Insurance Eligibility & Benefit Verification accurately and efficiently.
- Freshers with excellent communication and typing skills can also apply.
- Verify patient insurance coverage, perks, and plan details.
- Check Co-pay, Co-insurance, Deductible, and Out-of-Pocket (OOP) information.
- Verify provider information, insurance plans, and patient eligibility.
- Check requirements for Prior Authorization and Referrals.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of US Healthcare and Medical Billing concepts.
- Communicate effectively with insurance payers and providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on pending eligibility issues.
- Achieve required productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.
- Follow HIPAA regulations and company compliance guidelines.




- Read and understand relevant clinical/service documentation when required.
- Demonstrate strong coordination, follow-up, and analytical skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any stream.
- 0–1 year experience in US Healthcare / Insurance Eligibility & Benefit Verification preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication and typing skills may apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of US Healthcare / Medical Billing terminology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
