About the Role:
Royal Tech Marketing Agency is looking for skilled and motivated WordPress Developers to join the development team. The role involves building, customizing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites for different business and marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize WordPress websites, themes, and templates.
- Install, configure, and customize WordPress plugins.
- Convert website designs into responsive WordPress websites.
- Develop custom pages and website functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, mobile responsiveness, and SEO.
- Troubleshoot WordPress errors, plugin conflicts, layout issues, and technical problems.
- Maintain existing websites and implement updates safely.
- Work with hosting, domains, SSL, backups, and website migrations.
- Integrate forms, APIs, payment gateways, analytics, and other third-party tools where required.
- Coordinate with SEO and content teams to ensure websites meet technical SEO requirements.
- Test websites across different browsers and devices before deployment.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of WordPress CMS.
- Basic to strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS,



and JavaScript.
- Experience with WordPress themes and plugins.
- Understanding of responsive web design.
- Knowledge of website speed optimization and basic technical SEO.
- Ability to troubleshoot WordPress websites independently.
- Familiarity with cPanel, hosting, domains, SSL, and website migration is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

- WordPress development
- Elementor or other page builders
- WooCommerce
- Custom theme/plugin customization
- Website migration and backups
- Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization

Candidate Profile:
Candidates with relevant WordPress development experience, freshers with strong practical skills, and developers who can independently handle WordPress websites are encouraged to apply.
