Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Electronics Board Repair Technician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic control boards used in JACK industrial sewing machines.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of PCB-level troubleshooting, component testing, chipset-related problems, and electronic circuit diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair JACK industrial sewing machine electronic control boards.
- Identify chipset, IC, microcontroller, and circuit-related faults.
- Troubleshoot PCB problems using a multimeter, oscilloscope, soldering/rework station, and other diagnostic tools.
- Perform component-level testing and replacement.
- Identify short circuits, power supply faults, communication errors, sensor issues, and control-board failures.
- Troubleshoot both hardware and electronic control problems.
- Repair damaged PCB tracks, connectors, components, and solder joints.




- Conduct testing after repair to ensure the board is functioning properly.
- Analyze recurring faults and determine the root cause.
- Maintain proper records of repairs, faults, and replaced components.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in electronics/PCB repair.
- Robust experience with industrial sewing machine electronic boards, preferably JACK machines.
- Good knowledge of ICs, MOSFETs, diodes, resistors, capacitors, voltage regulators, microcontrollers, and other PCB components.
- Experience in chipset/IC fault finding and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and understand electronic circuits and PCB layouts.
- Strong soldering, desoldering, and component-replacement skills.
- Ability to diagnose faults independently from symptoms to root cause.
- Practical problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred

- Experience repairing electronic boards from JACK.
- Experience with SMD component repair and rework.
- Knowledge of motor control, servo systems, sensors, and industrial sewing machine control systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
