Reporting: Plant HR Manager

Location: Saha, Ambala

Roles and Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Source candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
- Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding.

HR Administration

- Maintain employee records, documentation, and databases.
- Possess strong knowledge of the Factory Act, CLRA, and other applicable labour laws along with their compliances.
- Have awareness of new Labour Codes.
- Handle third-party vendors and their teams to ensure proper manpower for brewery operations.
- Ensure implementation of applicable labour laws and organisational policies.
- Maintain plant hygiene and oversee horticulture activities.

Employee Relations

- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
- Foster a positive work workplace and enhance employee engagement.
- Implement employee recognition programs and initiatives.
- Assist in setting up annual performance evaluation systems for blue-collar employees.
- Organise training and development programs to address skill gaps.

Compliance & Reporting

- Prepare and submit reports as required by management.
- Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal labour laws.




- Stay updated on HR best practices and changes in labour regulations.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Education:

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in blue collar recruitment, labour law compliances, employee relations, and plant-level HR administration.

- Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

Experience:

- 2–4 years of experience in an HR role

Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong understanding of HR best practices
