Customer Onboarding Specialist

Basic Salary: ₹7,500 per month
Performance Bonus: Up to ₹5,000 per month
Probation Period: 1 Month
Probation Compensation: 25% of the basic salary during probation, payable only after successful completion of the entire probation period

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to connect with businesses, introduce them to our platform, assist them with registration, explain the platform's features, and build strong customer relationships.

The role is suitable for candidates who are confident in making calls, communicating with business owners, explaining software features, and following up with customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Call businesses and introduce them to our platform.
- Explain the perks and key features of the platform to interested businesses.
- Encourage businesses to register on the platform themselves.
- Guide businesses step-by-step during the registration process.
- Help businesses understand and use the relevant platform features.
- Verify the business information and ensure that the business is complete and eligible before onboarding.
- Follow up with businesses to ensure successful registration and activation.
- Maintain regular communication with onboarded businesses.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Resolve basic onboarding-related queries and coordinate with the internal team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, registrations, verification, and onboarding status.
- Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for every business.
- No onboarding charges are applicable to businesses.

Salary & Performance Bonus

- Basic Salary: ₹7,500 per month
- Performance Bonus: Up to ₹5,000 per month




- The performance bonus will be based on individual performance and achievement of defined onboarding targets.
- During the probation period, compensation will be 25% of the basic salary.
- Probation compensation will be payable only after successful completion of the complete 1-month probation period, subject to company policies and applicable law.
- Successful completion of probation will depend on performance, attendance, conduct, and fulfilment of assigned responsibilities.

Probation Period

- The first 1 month will be considered a probation period.
- The company may discontinue the employment during probation based on performance, conduct, attendance, or other legitimate business reasons, subject to the applicable employment terms and law.
- Notice requirements during probation will be governed by the employment/offer terms and applicable law.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making calls to businesses and business owners.
- Basic computer and software knowledge.
- Ability to explain software features clearly.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with calling, customer support, sales, telecalling, or onboarding experience will be preferred.
