SENIOR MANAGER – NON-UK

Global Study Link (GSL) is an 18-year experienced overseas education consultancy with its Registered Office in the UK and Head Office in Kaloor, Ernakulam. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Non-UK to lead and manage our Non-UK operations.

Position Details:

Designation: Senior Manager – Non-UK
Experience: Minimum 6–7 years of experience, with strong managerial experience in the Study Abroad/Overseas Education consultancy sector
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
Qualification: Minimum Degree
Salary: ₹40,000 onwards, based on experience, skills and performance
Work Time: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, 5.5 days a week
Location: Kaloor, Ernakulam

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall Non-UK Study Abroad operations.
- Handle and oversee counselling, admissions, applications and student conversion activities across all Non-UK destinations.
- Manage and guide the Non-UK team to achieve assigned targets and business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student enrolments, conversions and revenue.
- Maintain strong knowledge and understanding of major Non-UK study destinations,



universities and admission processes.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance, training and support.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth application and admission processes.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with universities, partners and other stakeholders.
- Analyse performance reports, identify gaps and take corrective actions to improve results.
- Take overall responsibility for the growth and performance of the Non-UK division.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a strong managerial professional with a proven background in the overseas education industry, preferably with extensive experience handling Non-UK destinations. The candidate should have excellent leadership, team-management, communication, decision-making and business-development skills.
