JOB DESCRIPTION – AUDIT EXECUTIVE

About the Role

We are looking for an Audit Executive to join a reputed CA Firm in Fort, Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for handling audit assignments, maintaining proper documentation, assisting in financial reviews, and coordinating with clients for audit-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in conducting Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits as per business requirements.
- Perform audit procedures, verification, and review of financial records.
- Check vouchers, invoices, ledgers, bank statements, and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparation and review of financial statements and audit working papers.
- Perform ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, and account verification.
- Identify discrepancies and communicate audit observations to seniors.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities, wherever required.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain required documents and information.
- Maintain proper audit documentation and working papers.




- Support senior team members in completing audit assignments within timelines.
- Prepare reports, schedules, and MIS as required.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Accounting and Auditing concepts.
- Working knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and client coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel for client visits, if required.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in Audit / Accounts, preferably with a CA Firm.
- Candidates with experience in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, GST, or Accounting will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from Fort, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
