We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural design principles along with hands-on proficiency in SketchUp and Enscape to create compelling 3D models and photorealistic visualizations. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career architect to grow within a collaborative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior architects and project leads in the design and development of projects, from concept to completion

- Create detailed 3D models using SketchUp for design presentations, client reviews, and construction documentation

- Produce high-quality, photorealistic renders and walkthroughs using Enscape to communicate design intent

- Prepare working drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings

- Support the preparation of presentation materials, mood boards, and design proposals for client meetings

- Conduct site visits and site measurements as required

- Assist in preparing project documentation, specifications, and material schedules

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)



from a recognized institution - Mandatory

- Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling - Required

- Proficiency in Enscape for real-time rendering and visualization - Required

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD; Lumion, V-Ray, or Photoshop is a plus

- 0-2 years of experience (freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply)

- Strong understanding of design principles, building materials, and construction methods

- Valuable communication skills and ability to work well in a team

- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail

- Council of Architecture (CoA) registration is an added advantage
